Lucknow International Airport is a large-scale public infrastructure project with stringent compliance, coordination, and execution standards. The scope involved multi-stakeholder coordination, phased execution, and adherence to tight operational timelines typical of live airport environments. Managing approvals, activity schedule, BOQ tracking, and progress visibility across contractors, vendors and materials required structured, system-driven execution to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Airports are high-stakes environments where “walking on a rope” between schedule and compliance is the daily reality.
 Intricate Scheduling (Phase 1): The initial schedule alone contains 1700 activities linked to 1810 BOQ items. Tracking the correlation between a schedule activity (Gantt) and the financial impact (BOQ) is impossible with Excel and WhatsApp.
The “Data Explosion” Challenge: The team is managing 800+ live design files (Lighting layouts, elevation plans, shop drawings) and over 30 critical compliance documents (GST, Insurance, MSME certs). Without a central system, version control errors could lead to costly rework.
Massive Stakeholder Collision: With 35 active collaborators and a workforce managing 1810 distinct BOQ line items, the risk of miscommunication is exponential. Coordinating specialized teams (Facade vs. MEP vs. Hardscaping) usually leads to information silos.
To ensure this mega-project does not bleed margins, LIAL deployed RDash to enforce the “Maker-Checker” rule and establish a digital thread across Finance, Projects, and Procurement.

Managing a ₹273 Cr Order Book requires more than spreadsheets. LIAL utilised Rdash to create a digital record of all 25 major vendor orders.
